Plz help me I don't know how to make a custom package without SDK, unless i must use SDK

Why I asked this is my downloaded SDK never works and I must figure out a way to make a custom package (u. file) without SDK unless there's no way to

Heres What I did

1: Downloaded SDK
2: installed SDK
3: read readme and an online readme on how to make u. files with SDK
4: Fired it up and came up with an error

I think it said something about up-3 file not being recognized, I dont remember because I had to reinstall DX every time which got me annoyed so I deleted the SDK

OK follow these steps:

Load DX Server
Start Map UP3
If its exits - Post your server.log file in DeusEx/System folder.

UP-3 map?

I just have the file that came with Funline_UnlimitedParty-3
Where do I download the UP-3 map at?

Until I got the error I was trying to make new character classes at first

Also I though about making a mp map from an sp map but I changed my mind to making character classes so i read up on it, looks like u need sdk and need it running properly to do it

hmm

do you have DxMtl installed?

The unrealed is known to have problems whilst the Mtl package is installed

*sighs* did you already try to make a new character class? if you did then you probably didnt compile your scripts...

MTL does not allow new player classes.

u gotta give ppl a full explanation of what you are attempting to do, whats wrong then describe the error
