i need help.

alot of servers have writing that comes onto your screen when you join the server. it is usually something like:

welcome to GODZ server
Do not spawn kill
Trials start at 7pm


this is just an example i thought of how do i make that info come up when i host games? i often host games but i cant find out how to do it. any help is much appreciated.

It's in the advanced options when you start up a server

It's called motd (Messege of the day) Just don't make it too long because the longer it is the longer it stays

You can also do it from the deusex.ini file as well I'd tell you what line but they very depending on what you have

when you start your server login as admin and type prefferences

there will be a list with many settings to make your server as you please

You will also need the DXMOTD mod from Smuggler, will work with any mod sopposively.
