Currently my full top line on my keyboard does not work, with the exception of F1. My keyboard does have a driver, and it IS installed, any clues to what the hell is going on?

Goto add hardware, select the device is plugged in, and check if its activated.

This will sound really stupid, my keyboard has a function button lock and it was activated.

Windows is probably treating your keyboard as a retard, like some kind of PC-100 Model (No window keys or numpad) :]
