VOB files and MDS files

Okay, well I downloaded a bonus dvd, and it came out with .ISOs, so I took a look in it with WINISO and it had VIDEO_TS.MDS and a VIDEO_TS folder. When I converted the VOB and IFO files in DVDZip, all I got was a 1 second avi file.

Help?
