I keep hearing that people can get maps/mods out of some decache method thingy, how do i do this?...

The only way i know is how we usually do this.

i kno theres only one way but i mean after playing a server how to i decache stuff afterwards?...
like maps etc.

Lmao, but we will. It has been already discussed somewhere on the forum i think.
Go to /cache folder of your Deus Ex directory, then pick required file, rename it (don't forget to change .uxx extension) and put to corresponding folder (.dx => maps, .u => system etc).

But put the correct name with the correct file, it's called ripping, if you 'RIP' a file your a thief lol i do it all the time lol it's best if you have an empty cache file before trying it's alot easyer and remember the file size to.

Cozmo, if you want to know my way:
My way is different, in total, I have about 10 cache maps.
If you really want a specific map + mods do this:
Rename your Cache map to Cache<something here>
Make a map called Cache
Go to the server and download the map+mods.
While downloading, write down map/mod name + file size
After you downloaded, go into Cache, and rename them
