Ok, i can't host in the log box it says where it connects to the master server....

Try placing DXIPServer/IPServer.u in your system folder, and next time, don't delete/edit it.

Firstly i haven't tried editing/deleting it and if that file is missing i need someone elses copy please.

DXIPServer.u is not IPServer.u.
IPServer - original file.
DXIPServer - fixed version by Smuggler.
