Binds (repost)

i save it as defuser ini
Then i have to user ini's
My normal one--user.ini
My normal one saved diff. name -- defuser.ini ?
It still dosent work at all.

Can somebody help me with this, My binds dont work at all, im using slimline
I feel i could be a great player, if i had binds, like everyone else,

Nope, i dont think binds work with slimline, if somebody could clear this up with me ,i would be happy

I've used slimline, binds worked for me in slimline with the defuser.ini trick.

First of all, are you sure that you assign binds to the bottom section with keys? When you add binds, scroll down to the very end of the file, and then slowly scroll up to find a section with W=, A=, S= and etc.

Secondly, edit both user.ini and defuser.ini. Just make changes in both files, forget about 'saving as' and etc.

Aha, very sorry for the double post, but

It works now!! great, only thing is that when i press my bind it only takes out my weapon, it dosnt heal me

what doe sit have to be to take out my medikit, heal me, then take back out belt item no.1?

Did you set "medkit" command in "aliases"? An "alias" in user.ini means a user-customisable function. "Medkit" isn't a function that exists in Deus Ex, so you have to pre-define it in aliases beforehand.

You may find a section with Aliases when you scroll to the very end of the file and scroll up approximately 6-10 lines.

EDIT... Damn it hast worked, heres what i put in Aliases[18]=(Command="ActivateBelt 9 | onrelease ParseLeftClick",Alias=Medikit)

When i try to use the take out medkit then weapon in slot 2 bind, it doesn't work, all it does is take out the weapon, doesn't use the medkit. Can somebody help?
