Lag problem

Ok I know we all got problems with lag but hear me out

When I play in a server (doesn't matter wich server) alot of times it seems like I lag out (you know, everyone gpf'ing for like 15 seconds and then all of the sudden 'Connection lost') I get that in each server like every 5 minutes lol, only difference is I get that without the 'Connection lost'.

I lag out for 5 seconds or so and then I'm thrown back in the game, but then at another place, after wich people react (OMG MASTA YOU TELEPORTED) or (MASTA U LAG) or as Roachee likes to call it:

Split second ghost/teleporting

Does anyone know what this is, and most importantly, how to fix it

My internet is sometimes slow yer.

could just be ur actual internet speed then...if it was working happilly before then try a system restore...set your computer back to when you know it was working..
