High pings

I've had this problem since yesterday, you guys know me, im not a complete idiot with a spyware loaded pc.
Its just so weird, I have disable all processes except for the needed ones in Windows, I've tried disabling my firewall, changing it round with the windows one, everything! Help !

Maybe your ISP has got the shits. See if the problem remains after a day or so.

it cannot be that, other games are fine.

I have reverted my deusex.ini back to the default one but still the same problem.
Its not the isp, mtl or .ini files, can someone post their ipdrv?

I had 3000+ ping on every server through the masterservers for a while, although in-game all was fine, are your pings like that in game as well?

It was fine for abit, i managed to get about 80-110 ping for abit, those are high pings considering the standards i normally get, wouldnt call it high pings for nothing :]
Anyway, before i went to school today i unplugged my modem. let it have a breather

If you had any idea of what lag i am suffering at the moment you would know all about it. I can't do anything, play dx, or anything like that, my lag is so bad.

Problem fixed, my recomendations for those who have this problem is
a.) turn off your modem/router for about 6-12 hours
b.) if dx still has high pings just wait a few days
you might want to clean this topic abit and sticky it

Your modem got overheated, buy a ADSL modem router firewall and a fan

That's just weird.
I had the same problem like 3 years ago, but in my case most of the pings in the list of servers were over 400-500. However when I was playing the ping was fine as usually.
