speed/jittery

I read that this mostly happens with laptops. Basically the performance on multiplayer it jittery and runs fast fast. Any help?

ps im on wireless with "Excellent" signal, it worked at my fathers office on the access points

Wireless should have nothing to do with it. I've played it on wireless before. I think its something to do with the CPU speed being too high. I've read it somewhere on here. Do a search.

I signed up on TTLG (Through the looking glass) forums a few weeks ago and there is an active topic there about the same problem. gamespeed -number seems to smooth out the gameplay but I need to fiddle with the number to get the speed right. Darren, could you find out the default gamespeed for me off an unreal site or something?
