hey when i start up my server it automatically goes up by 100 players a second

i know i am being attacked by dejavu..but i have nephtys installed !

Did you configure it like Zora said in the Nephthys thread?

Which was..

Change these settings:
Advanced Options -> Nephthys -> Attacks -> DRJA -> ConnCountForDRJA = 50
Advanced Options -> Nephthys -> Attacks -> DRJA -> TimeDeltaForDRJA = 1

A bit more of an obvious point. Have you actually got the latest version of Nepthys?

The thing mainman and kaiden mentioned only makes sure you can enter the server (if you do not change it, people won't be able to join, as the server blocks all incoming connections while under attack)

Either you have an old version, or just not a properly installed nephtys, in either of the cases you should just reinstall.

ok well i think i should just install the new version of nephtys protection to be sure
