Well here's my server.log, I noticed something was wrong in it.
I had this same kind of problem with the Gamespeed.~MainMan~ wrote:I don't know - it's just that in that log, there's no reference to the gamespeed (or anything related to the gamespeed) causing the problem.

Oh yes and since MainMan told me to run Deus Ex in safe mode, the menu and the serverlist is very streched like widescreen. How do I change it back, do you know ?
Thanks again [A]llan
{DXS}Destroyer wrote:No the dx menu and the serverlist and also ingame is all widescreen

Open DeusEx.ini, and do a search (CTRL+F) for "9999". Then, it should come up with your Gamespeed. If not, drop some 9's until it does. After this, edit your Gamespeed to 1.0.
I think that the DX server list is set to not show up servers that don't ping within about 10000ms. Increasing gamespeed = increasing the speed of the timer that DX uses to find the pings of the servers.
EG: A server normally has a ping of 100ms on Slomo 1.0 (normal speed) and never changes. (In reality, this would be damn near impossible, but let's not pick at detail...) At slomo 2, this server has a 'ping' of 200ms, slomo 20 = 2000ms, etc, etc. (I say 'ping', as the ping rate is still the same, it's just different to the DX Serverlist.)
So, Slomo 99999999 = 100x100000000 = 10000000000ms (About 115.741 days). This is stupidly long for anything to get a ping time, and the attempt would be aborted well before it got the chance to even try to connect. That's why you can't see LAN games, or Internet games.
