Hmm... My DX isnt working on start up for some reason ?

Er.. Post your DeusEx.ini please. And your DeusEx.log, if that exists.

I have DX.dx in my maps folder.

Of course you do. But your Deus Ex fails to enter it.

Tried rebooting yet? Somehow my computer usually wont allow me to start up DX until i rebooted while giving errors like those, that is, if I still had that comp. -_-

I had this VERY same problem at one time, and it turned out that I had been missing the head of my DeusEx.ini file

This is a basic head to an INI, notice the line that says DX.dx?

That is probably missing in yours

I cant find these lines, where are they in the DX.ini ?

... They should be at top.

If they're not there, paste them in.

Great, i added them lines, and it works. I dunno what deleted them ? Self Destruct or something?
