had the same problem
locate your DeusEx.exe - find DeusEx/ folder, usually C:/DeusEx or C:/Program files/Deus Ex and open /System/ in it

Right, simple way.
1. Right click the icon.
2. Open properties
3. In the "Target" field, delete and paste
- Code: Select all
C:\DeusEx\System\DeusEx.exe MMCity.dx -hax0r
4. Click Apply.
5. Click ok.

Chances are you'll need to re-run the installer, and direct it to your DeusEx directory manually, since it looks like you have a non-default setup

it's a glitch
after it started, hit 'T', erase 'Say' and type 'open mmcity'

Try using the manual .zip archive, and extract it to C:/DeusEx/ (or wherever your DX is installed)
