could be the amount of proesses your running such as itunes always has ipod and apple updates running but if you ALT+ctrl+delete and go to proesses then see whats running but DO NOT just start ending proesses randomly.

Yeah, I've known this for a long time.
I don't use anything related to Apple.

Rofl, I like iTunes now. I've gotten used to it and it uses less memory than WMP.

i did that on my old pc it wonderfull to see how evrything stops working
