I managed to get it to work in conjunction with the OTP HUD fix that can help some people that have problems with the non scaling GUI not showing up properly. I gotta say it is a mod that is essential for hardcore DX players because text is just so much enjoyable to look at with no aliasing and if you check more on the Moddb page more HUD features such as health and augmentation interface items are being given a HD facelift.
