You DO realize the effort put into the movie no? I could predict parts, however it was fantastic. They're revving themselves up for X-Men 4 no doubt.

Besides that, it was still a great movie.

Needed to be done as well because the common knowledge of 'x-men' is "derp" to most people.

They kept the licence as they're not finished 'X-Men Origins: Magneto' until 2012.

They're building up for 'X-Men 4' to be their "massive blockbuster hit (cash cow)"

First class wasn't too bad but I liked Wolverine more, probably because I like Hugh Jackman. His cameo was fun. They should've picked someone else for the nazi mutant, not a fan of Kevin Bacon myself..
