Yes, though only actual legal action has been taken by Blizzard against Valve for the argument that it cannot be trademarked because of the original people behind the modification aren't involved or what not.

I fail to see why Blizzard sees the neccessity to start fights with people. Just pick a different name and use their imagination.

Most of the time these legal actions aren't done by the companies themselves. Just their lawyers being lawyers.

I mean, especially the Scrolls incident, while it wont hurt Bethesda that much I'd think for company you wouldn't wanna seem like that big of assholes

IMO it looks very bad, but I don't have any doubt it will be better than LoL. The art style (chess board) is interesting and better than some stupid Warcraft 3 fantasy land that Dota, HoN, LoL and Dota 2 follow

I'm very confused by this game's choice of title, they want you to call it Heroes but people will just call it HOTS, which is the name of the most recent StarCraft 2 expansion. What a joke.

Yeah... Im not very taken with the game either, after a few games. Will give it a bit more of a chance, but a lot of the fun is taken out of the genre when you remove so much of the personal character development through a game, I think...
