there are no teamworks in MP public servers. if you want teamwork, you will have to play clan war. if you want to play only teamwork all the time, you are looking the solution at wrong game (dxmp). even if you make somekind of a mod that can only work as a teamwork mod, then obviously you will fail in completing it. it is simply impossible to make such mod, cos we know persons by their egos (much of them in dxmp) and these will destroy the teamwork.

Ok Daedelus persuaded me to get some organisation to this mod, so i picked a name finally, for some reason it just came to me, its Latin, and if your really interested then go look it up, its not perfect latin translation, however its close enough and sounds better than what it could have been

Also im gonna write a detailed list of exactly what i want, not on the forum on a seperate document, dae said if he possibly has time during the weekend so yeah, heres hoping a demo release by next week

If they don't cooperate, then they lose in the game. That's the price of not cooperating in teamwork, like a medic not giving anyone any medkits.

I lurve the idea!
Perhaps you could use the Heavy idea but with some sort of compromise, like one/two/three shot Geps, where once equiped you asre unable to move until ammo used up/weapons dropped.
You could also try and make some kind of 3 way team setup.
And team Teleporters.
Basically, j00 and your idea rock Ben. Black for the win!

Medic teleporter has been constructed thanks to the ultra sexy [A]lex, he tells me the other porters are coming along good, hopefully have a beta testing sometime soon, im gonna need testers however dont everyone apply at once, im only gonna get u if you are reliable, respectable and have done some hardcore testing before

Me, Alex, Bob, Marco and Derek are the current testers, so I'll probably only need a couple more, (incase one of the above isnt availible)

Of first off, the FAQ has been written by moi, and here it is

Also, since DXAG version 0.75 Beta is to be released shortly, (after smuggler is intergrated with the teleports), then theres a couple of things i will need to sort out for its release;

First off I need a website to host the file :D:D:D I'm looking at you DXalpha :D Please?

Second I need a server, now [A]lex will probably get his up and running now and again, but I'm gonna see if I can persuade JimBowen to put my mod up for a day or so

Now, since that issue has been raised I'll get on to the next step, Version 1, basically the changes in Versions will be thus

At least one new map will be released for the mod, this map will have sk proof spawn rooms, StealthOp doorways, and be suitable for both long range and short range combat.

It will also include Biocell caches, Ammo box Caches, and 3 Turret Controls (1 for each base, and 1 for the centre of the map). The turrets are fundamental to allowing minimal spawn kills.

Also, in version 1 I am considering investigating texture changes for the player class models, at the moment a good way to distinguish would be to use hi-tech dark blue models (JCDenton/Gunther/Anna Navarre) vs human light coloured models (Jaime/AlexJ/SamCarter).

I'll comprise my list here and I want people to discuss the matter, just to see if there are any better options.

MEDIC - Anna Navarre
ENGINEER - Gunther
SNIPER - Walton Simons
STEALTHOPS - JCDenton

NSF

im going with that for now, its all even since the classes which people would less likely go for have more augs, makes sense completely
