We're not entitled to decide what is the heart and sole of the game. I mean you may decide it for yourself, but not for others. We all are different.[NK]~UnwAnteD~ wrote:a game based on killing terrorists yet not want to fight?
did you even play the singleplayer?
I would've agreed with you if there wasn't a SDK released by the creators.

DeathMaster wrote:Guys, face it, Deus Ex is not a good FPS game anymore. New, modern games are coming out which interests players much more than DXMP. (e.g. Call of Duty 4, Crysis, etc.) I personally love the game and I believe everyone does in this community (as why would they play if they didnt rofl) but we aren't getting new players anymore.
This is probably why you can find more people playing on fun servers. Even these newass games don't have such mods like DXMP does, thanks to its great community.
Also, new players won't come on fighting servers, because there are just too many pro's. I made two of my classmates try out DXMP, both found it shit. They found it shit because the pro's who are actually only average players kept owning them and they couldn't be arsed to keep playing a game that isn't even have the nice effects and graphics like new games do. (Not mentioning the lack of servers and players).
Anyway, time is going by, let's hope it's going to take long, until the heart of DXMP stops beating.
