How to import a model to DX?

It depends, is it a premade model, if so, what kind of model, or do you want to create one yourself?

Just import... any model... i made it myself... its just a box :o

i am just testing... i need to know how it will get in unreal ed/ Deus Ex

If you exported your model to the Deus Ex format using the plug-in I mentioned — most likely yes, you only need to compile a new package.

hmmmm....sorry, but I've try to download it your ms3d converter but I get a wierd message like

Error 404, not found........

3ds2de is the only 3DS > Deus Ex converter I know of, unfortunately.
