I cant host. if anyone can take the time to help i will, be so great full.

X I have Vista

X i have a modem with wire.

My server is reach-able but I can't seem to get it in the list, I have Vista and people can connect through IP, but cannot see the server in the list, its all Vista's fault, I know it, what do I do? Except uninstalling Vista itself and degrading to XP. please help
