Is there any way to change User.ini's in game?

Like for 0 aug I use User.ini then I enter an augged server so then I can press a button to change, to say, AugUser.ini?

I've done that short cut thing but that takes ages to close dx and open it each time you play a diff game mode.

Is there anyway i can then bind a button after that to an aug?

I mean like, when I hit fire i want targetting activated but when in 0 augs i dont want the message "There's no augmentation in that slot!" to come up all the time :S

It only works on non mtl :'(
