Force vsync off on your graphic card settings for dx. Get more ram. Turn graphic settings low as they can get. Well, thats about it.

I have a 6600, 512MB DDR 400 and AMD 3200+.
I'm lucky if it hits over 40 @ 1280x1204.

What i do is set the MinDesiredFrameRate to something like 52, so it's got to go between 52 and 60

doesn't the settings in dx multiplayer --> name and than from 56kb to ti/lan raise fps aswell
