It has nothing to do with pleasing anyone. If you want your clan to remain honorable and respected, it follows that you should not keep members who will bring nothing but shame and disgrace on your clan. It is not a coincidence that many of your members have left recently.

- He himself has admitted to cheating just 3 weeks ago. This clearly shows the nature of the persona he presents in the DX community. He believes that abstaining from hacking for 3 weeks absolves him from anything he has done previous to that period, which I don't have to explain to you how stupid that is.

-He has bragged in this topic of his ability to hack forums (stupid of him, I know), so once again, proof of the type of character he is.

-His clanmate pretty much apolgizes for him, again, what more do you need?

-Respectable members of the DX community with a clean record have all given testimony to his cheating and crashing of servers. Again, someone like Deja who has had no prior disagreement with Alex before the A!B forums were hacked.

Of course, we don't yet have these server logs which you so ardently believe are necessary to prove he has harmed the game. Look above, this is all that is needed to persuade a neutral observer that he has damaged he community.

we have, thx to nobody's batch script, my servers are saving logs after every crash i have tons of logs which are saved automatically. maybe alex didnt know that and though he will be able to do it unnoticed. but he was caught.

Any personal knowledge of DejaVu can be seen as 'tainted', if you don't know him, you are guessing. There is no correct way to answer that question, so asking it is pointless. As is asking how many donkeys it takes to fit a lightbulb.

If people where found guilty on such bullshit 'proof' as the stuff you've listed, the jails would be busting at the seams.

The reason I want logs, as I'm sure such a smart person like your self can understand, is because it can give much more information then anyone here can.

Although again, unless Alex has a static IP, your proof is a bit lean. On dynamic, anyone in his district could have been in that server, and you'd get the same IP range. In Australia, whole states have a single IP pool.

Not to mention, [A]nobody has made numerous mods that have helped mappers and modders, he helps modders personally. Dae is doing the 2027 project and [A]lex himself maps and mods. As well as this, [A]nobody runs a server for people to play on, which is almost constantly full, and [A]lex often runs servers as well! This all seems to be pretty benificial to me. if he tries to stop cheating , does he really have to become a cheater for that and ruine the fun for players in a server by teamkilling or summoning lams or what ever ?
