Did you ever stop to consider why gas is cheaper in the states? It goes back to my earlier posts about engines in American cars. The US economy is very much built on the ruthless exploitation of other economies (much to the detriment of those econmies) particularly those in Third World countries or in the Middle East.

"National Security" is the term they use to justify this policy. It does not just refer to physical threats against the US it also and mostly for that matter refers to econmic threats like the emergence of China as the next great superpower whose economy will likely take over from the US economy as the one which drives the world economy. They are desperately trying to counter this by any means necessary which is why they use such aggresive foreign policy. They are trying to stop the inevitable, the US economy is losing its influence. No power in history has ever managed to dominate forever and the same is true of the US.

The reason you ask? Decadence. The school system is miles behind the European or for that matter the Chinese aducation system. Has anyone ver seen an SAT test card? Its a joke of epic proportions because its a multiple choice exam as opposed to A levels in the UK which are proper exams.

Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the American people per say. I have a lot of friends ther and love many things about the culture (especially the food!) but I do have a problem with the corrupt bastards that feel they have a right to crush anyone who gets in the way of them lining their own pockets, be they corporations like Halliburton (not unlike Versalife from DX), Lockheed Martin or corrupt individuals. These people are worse than any dictator ever was, the only difference is they use PR, smoke and mirrors and propaganda to blins people to the truth and corrupt politicians to do their dirty work for them.

They now see their great weapon and pocket, the US economy is slowing down and that their reign of terror is going to come to an end in the next 20 years or so like a wounded boar they attack anything and everything around them in a senseless display of violence aggression and genocide (look no further than the civilians in Iraq). It won't stop the great boar's inevitable death as its been mortally wounded already but all it can do is thrash about wildly and take as many others with it as possible. The same is true of the elite class in the states. Its these people I depise, i.e. the 0.01% of the population who commit all these crimes against humanity in the name of the other 99.99% of the American people whom theya attempt to control with lies, deceipt, propaganda and patriotism. They go out of the way to keep the people ignorant with the methods I mention above. It works in a lot of cases and not so much in others.

When I was a kid, before I had even started school, we moved to Tabubil, which is in Papua New Guinea. The town was very remote, and white people were out numbered 30 - 1. We basically had one of every race colour and creed in Tabubil, including Americans. We found out we had Americans because the first time we went into the shop, this American woman was doing her block in at this poor native girl about something she couldn't help anyways. The bahviour of the Americans in PNG lead not only to them living on-site at the mines (instead of in town, like every other family), they also got strip searched at the airports as a pay-back for the way they treated the natives of the country they where visiting.

Skip a few years forward and I'm in school again, but this time back in Australia. We had an American kid in our school, which was fine, no harm, he fitted in just fine. However, his parents, on the other hand, earned him some not too nice attention, and he ended up being transfered because of a disagreement his parents had.

Skip some more years on, and I'm in high school. My mum and I went to the markets on Sunday and sold stuff, like crafts, home made food, etc, so no doubt, we ran into American tourists. Out of all the people, they where the most loud mouthed, arrogant, and cheap arse bastards in the markets. You'd get the odd okay one, but the ratio was about 1 nice one for about every 5 jackarses. (The 5 simply had no sense of humour at all.)

Throw into this mix the fact that out of all the Americans I've talked to online, I can count on a single hand the amount of them I've kept in contact with. Let's not mention having to plan my time tables for some server based games to make sure I get Asian players instead of American, as I'd have more chances of getting helped. And I suppose CS is also off limits.

You see, like most Americans, you are assuming I have no experience with Americans, and am 'doing the cool thing to do', like some blind sheep.
