For all the brits that have crooked teeth though, i'd be willing to bet obese americans outnumber them 10 to 1 :)

Do you like sprouting lies? No, not 99% of teens have braces, in fact I'd say it lower than 30%. But then again, you wouldn't know shit about the US considering you haven't been here.

Oh, again the obese comment. Wow, and you think we have nobody with anorexia, bulemia or other eating disorders here? Alright, I'll do another comparison.

The obesity is nothing compared to the random murders and unapprehended ones in the UK. There's about 12 ghosts in the Tower of London, and London is actually the most haunted city in UK.

Now, I predict that your going to make some kind of sarcastic comment about our government. Typical behavior from you fairies :\

Hehe, how am i sprouting lies? I said it seems that 99% of yank teens wear braces, i dont for one moment believe that. I just used it to emphasise my point of stereotyping, like you were on about us drinking tea.

Oh and FYI i've been over there twice.

Of course people over there have anorexia and stuff, theres PLENTY of fit american women, loads and loads, but theres also loads of obese too, dont deny it :) (unfortunately the 2 times i was there i think all the fit women must have left town).

i'll never make a sarcastic comment about your government. If you look closely, you'll notice i hardly (if ever) get into the political BS, it bores me (thats not to say im ignorant to it though).

Look it up on WikiPedia.

The term yankee was referred to northern US, not ALL americans.

Trust me, Brits just misinterpreted it and thought that ALL Americans are considered yanks.

You claim yanks have no knowledge of where the word "limey" came from, and yet even you have no knowledge of where the word "yankee" came from.

I'm not paranoid at all, nor am I uptight. It seems you like to stereotype Americans, and I'll proudly return the favor. :)

No, I only stereotyped British people because of the word they've grown accustomed with when dealing with Americans: yank. The other posts, I pointed out what Americans refer to them as.

Don't confuse the United Kingdom for the "rest of the world"

You as missing the point... big time lol.

I know where yankee is from, I know it's historical context, however, you fail to relise that regardless of your protest you are still a yank, because all Americans are yanks.

It's exactly the same as calling the biritsh Brits despite the fact some are scottish, welsh, irish, and then the british them self hail from different areas, such as east enders, scousers, etc.

And if you want to start pulling wikipedia; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yank

Yank is a word used in the UK, Ireland, Canada, and Australia to refer to Americans. This has also led to the British term "Septic", a contraction of the rhyming slang "Septic Tank" → "Yank", and, similarly to the Australian term "Seppo".

Notice Yank not Yankee.

You fail to understand.

Yank is derived from the term "yankee".

WikiPedia quote;

Yank or Yankee sometimes refers to a resident of the USA, and is sometimes used to distinguish residents of the Northern states from Southerners.

In the UK, I may appear as a yank, but in the US, which the origin was derived from, I am a yankee. It's the origin of the word that really counts, and despite from other countries, I'm not a yank, but a yankee.

Yank is also a word offensive to Americans, in case you didn't know. :)

You are still missing the point.

The origin of the word has no grounding on it's current use. Is that really so hard to understand?

THAT is the point.

Dumb arse yank. ¬_¬

Thats not a lot. :?

My Mum lived in one of the most haunted houses in the UK.

You guys do know that ghosts don't exist, so there's no point worrying about "haunted places"

I watched "Britains most haunted houses" and "Britains worst tenants" and..

One of britains most haunted houses had food missing every time they went out. but then I watched britains worst tenants, and in fact, some guy got kciked out from a house, and he left. then a week later, he climbed in through a window that he had left the hatch open on, and lived in the atic for half a year, just eating their food. You're Never alone........

anyway, its too much of a coincidence :D considering it all went onm for half a year, and details were the same.

I think its legal for him to do that simply because they left the window open, therefore he didn't force an entry and so it was squatting..

Not a huge fan of most death metal, as isome of it falls into the all typical and the same group (fucking hate too much double bass).

But I can point out a few death metal bands I like such as:

Necrophagist
Death
Opeth
Suffocation
Obituary
In Flames
Cannibal Corpse

Atm I'm liking just old styled rock like from Rush to Clutch, Zep to Coheed!, hahaha...

I've gotten out of Metalcore alot, only like bands like Lamb of God, Shadow's Fall, All That Remains, Killswitch Engage and God Forbid.

I'm taking an extreme liking into Grind metal haha, you all know me with Analcunt!
I've actually started to love Machine Head a few months ago. (I based them entirely of just Through the Ashes of Empires and Burning Red beforehand), and Strappling Young Lad.

But as you know I've developed a love for poppy and dancy music.
Ranging from Progidy, Massive Attack and Panic! At the Disco! (who I admit are bad, but can actually make a song up properly unlike a certain FOB)

edit:

I'll also point out that Sweden and Finland are the kings of Metal.
I am dead.

I like Napalm Death and Carcass.

The Jester Race, Whoreacle and etc are Deathmetal.

When they became a melodic metal band, I think I like them better as that...cause I actually like Reroute to Remain and Come Clarity, however, Soundtrack to your Escape is horrible.
