The thing is too, Deja Servers are mostly empty when I visit...

People fight on Bowens, GM, FGS, DXMS, Gabs, Stargate mostly...

I am a DXSP 5 year player, got bored of winning with augs, became a 0aug.
Then I became a non-lethal, then I became a non-lethal, stop anyone else killing, which is very hard, remember Paul likes to waste ppl and MJ12 like to explode and UNATCO stand in front of each other etc...

So I went to aug server yesterday and totally owned the geppers with a pistol. The element of surprise and cheer guts doing the job mostly...
Speed and Vision...auggers may laugh or disbelieve, but I did really well...

Deja Poo is not doing noobs a favour at all...neither are vets on GM...

EDIT: Kamikaze - I think you have a point there. And someone else makes the crucial point, that deja is doing more to lose players than anyone else. He talks about smart talented people playing augs, but in the same post, gets personal with NC about his wife and kids...

what a nub...and besides, forcing augs on ppl will never work...you can lead a horse to water, but ye cannot make it drink...

you can make it hot and thirsty though...

so go educate the noobs, not confuse them...

All I am saying is Alex jumped to a conclusion and made a mistake which is unfortunate, I am a noob who HATES cheating or lame play or any kind.

"Newbies only" server is full from time to time. Don't forget that Stargate is also hosted by Dejavu.
+ If a server stays empty it doesn't mean that it will be staying empty in future. As I already mentioned somewhere, GODZ in the beginning was always 0/0.

That's very interesting...it often takes time for a concept to sink in...EDIT I should ask then, what made gGODZ populated and what made other servers unpopular?

Sometimes "Newbies only" says 10/12 but when you click on it it's empty.
Also I noticed Xikron's server says 2000 ping, but go in, it's got very good ping for euro players, once u enter, 100 better than GODZ, better than Z too.

I've noticed that maps have an effect, when a new mod or series of maps is released, that always made GODZ quieter for a while.

What would be more fun for me, is deja's aug servers, but with various new maps and mods, like Stargate.

I only played for almost a year, so Parker Hale and Hekler is very new to me.EDIT my pc is old, so fps are not good, I often use a lot of lams and sometimes gep. But I follow my clan leaders, style, I will only use the weps the enemy start with, so if I am gepped, I will gep, otherwise gep is for clearing enemy traps etc...

what made gGODZ populated and what made other servers unpopular?

New maps and ability to play a lot of players together (it had 22 slots in the beginning as far as I remember). A small leap in popularity has let the fire kindle.

Alex, my friend...sounds like we are talking about two different events.
The most lams I ever stacked in the wep room was...4. One on the door, one near the nuke, one behind the nuke and one near the vent, when I was feeling real nooby.

The other event, the one which I was accused, was in the gate room, you near the door, me near the gate, I threw 5 lams in total at you. You didnt die. There is no way I would ever put more than 4 lams in the wep room. Usually one in the vent, one on the door, one outside the door.

Sounds like you got killed by a guy who wants you to hate me/think I lambug. A fake shadowrunner, it has been known. The only person I know to lambug or script nades, is the scripter I referred to, aBugUpYrArse, who was demorecced and screenshotted for daily teamkilling with neutron bomb reactors. His shots were posted on GODZ. He would chase his team for several games with 6 nukes per minute. Since there is only 1 nuke on Bunker and 2 nukes on CMD, and the respwn rate is slower than 6 per minute and a person can only carry 3, I deduced he was scripting them.

Since it obviously wasnt me that lambugged you, I believe you when you say a Shadowrunner lambugged you, definitely a fake...

Just hope you realize I never even farted, let alone ladderbugged or lambugged...or HACKED ppl...

Coincidence? If so, then who the hell is hacking me and freezing my comp? I didnt get the other IP's, addresses start with the name "Net Bios" and "ICMP", Orange warning said something about ping...

When I get the warnings my firewall freezes, I sometimes can still browse the forum that is open, but if I screenshot the warning and open photshop, my computer totally freezes and has to be rebooted. Happened like 6 times today...very time consuming and annoying.

So anyone know who 192.168.1.2 is plz? My firewall is frozen right now...
Any attempt to open any software will crash my comp... is this a Ddos?

We have identified that problem. One of the Admins passworded the server to muck about with admin commands but did not realise what they were doing. Its been sorted now, just ignoarnace not abuse by any strech, especially as anyone could use the emps. They gheyness is gone now but teamkill stays
