Ahh I think that was an old plan of theirs until they woke the fuck up. Yeh about that 1080p thing, Sony are being children about that, stupid ones that can't read. MS said that there will be an update so that old games can be resized to play at 1080p and that new games can support real 1080p and Sony said "resizing doesn't make it true 1080p :]". They're backing the wrong disc format for this gen and I think they're finally realising it.

Parts of the gentoo linux distro's code is ripped from the PS3 due to insufficient funds!

What makes this funny, to me, is that the founder of Gentoo moved to M$. Still, it was about as witty as a sloth on valium. My whole point was to poke fun of people who are claiming Sony stole everything from everyone else. It was not suppose to be correct, or even factually based.

1 - 6 ~= 50MB, give or take. (That's a SNES rom, more space is required for porting it to a newer platform)
7 ~= 2GB.
8 ~= 3GB.
9 ~= 3GB.
10 >= 4GB. (Can't remmeber if they are 4GB or 8GB, doesn't really matter.)
10-2 >= 4GB.
11 ~= 10GB.
12 ~= 4GB.

All up about 26GB - that's more then either Bluray or HD-DVD on a single layer. (Although only -just- misses out on Blu-ray, so I'm sure that some compression Bluray could fit it on a single layer.)

All I have to say is - lol. You all bite so easy on the rumour mill. Sony isn't going bankrupt over the PS3. It is virtually impossible for them to release a system that won't earn them money. Far too many people, like my self, have a strong preference for the games created for the PS3. The big name exclusives are good and all, but it's the games like Star Ocean that really win me over.

We're not at Game yet, we're still taking pre-orders for the Wii. Not many people who come in seem to want a PS3, after all you can buy an Xbox360 and a Wii for the same price and still have change left over..
