Over the past year, it's been fun, but I feel it's time to move on from the forums, and probably the game too. I've had some fun times, experiences in game, as well as on the forums, and thank you all for them. I'm not going to name everybody, or anybody, I feel there is no need. To everyone on [A] forums, and to all the dxmp community, goodbye. As a community, dxmp really has to be admired. The community as a whole have shown dedication and patience, and let's face it, for a game, we have had to deal with a lot of shit. I think the way you all handled it was great, when someone takes away something from you, something fun, your going to be angry, especially when you paid for it. But, we were all able to make a little joke out of it, while trying to correct the problem. To those who eventually did, and who worked towards correcting the problem, we owe thanks to, it just shows how great this community really is, and how I am glad to have been a part of it.
I hope I myself gave some contribution, at least I know I tried, and it's been fun. But I won't be posting here anymore, might pop around from time to time, but, I feel I would be wasting time otherwise.
I had a think about this, and have come to this decision.
It's funny, I wouldn't have guessed I would be making this post a couple of months back. Right about then, I was deciding whether or not I should leave one clan and join another. Not only am I fidgety irl but online as well, as somebody once said, some of our chareistics still show, whether outside or on our screen.
On deciding to go, it was either that, or take up a project, dx county, downloads and the sort, but as I have said, too much hassle, and would have taken up time, time I really don't have to give.
It's been great while it's lasted, I'll say that, but this it.
You might still see me from time to time on dxmp, when I get my computer back, in which I'll be playing with Imperial, Indigo, and to all those [Fire]'s out there! [Fire]isyourfriend
On a final note, I feel I have done something right, the making of the {DXC} clan which I started in what seems ages ago now. First started as something fun, and not serious/permeant, like a few clans really, became a clan that I can proudly say is still on its feet. Didn't really seem that way, went through a few rough patches, but stood its ground nevertheless,
it's the times when its a struggle, i.e low members, waiting etc. that determine the strength of a clan.
When I think of clans like 3, whom many are convinced are the best, are wrong. It's not all about skill, and I hope some people realise that at least, because, it appears to me, that a lot think the opposite, skill, and only skill. A clan, is much more than just skill, something I have realised during the leading of mine. Those are the good ones. As for the best clans, there is simply no best clan, good, yes, the best, no. It boils down to a matter of opinion.
Anyway, this is getting a bit longer than I had planned, so I'll finish it off.
Good luck to everyone in whatever they do, chances are, a few will see each other, without realising it, in the outside world, and will never know they had.
That's all I have to say I guess, I'm gonna let go of the gaming experience now, for the most of it, it's been fun, and interesting, what started out as fun, for me, became an aspyxiation, I don't think I would of guessed how fun a game could be, one lying on a shelf for ages, because I didn't even understand how good it was back then. I leave.. wiser, and have throughouly enjoyed the experience.
