hey
i have a problem with the forums . I am not able to send private messages or send mass email to all our registered users ? (not many)

but when i send a pm is says failed to send debug mod but now i have realised it does work evan though it says that !
how shall i fix the registering thing ?

You can't do anything unless you're an admin. The admin may try using SMTP method of sending e-mails.

Since your forum is hosted on a free public service, you should contact the support about it, not us here.

The other way is to create an e-mail box, like dxssupport@something.com (I don't think Gmail will work, though), then in admin area "General Admin => Configuration" scroll down and set:

Use SMTP Server for email: yes
SMTP Server Address: in my case, mail.dxalpha.com
SMTP Username: in my case, support@dxalpha.com
SMTP password: password to the mailbox

Look here you can do it in a few simple steps.

1. Get free hosting, e.g from EJam.
2. Create a forum on your hosting with ease. Just use Fantastico.
3. Buy a domain, e.g from UKReg.
4. Set the nameservers in the Domain Control Panel.
5. Wait for upto 78 hours depending on host.
6. Park it or use it as an addon domain name.
7. And volia you're done.
