New link-{DXC}

The old {DXC} link www.dxcouncil.deusexnetwork.com will no longer be accesible from tomorrow, and the forums will be shut down completely in two days.

The transfer to the new server host will hopefully take no longer than two weeks, with our orginal domain www.dxcouncil.co.nr, remaining.

As of tomorrow the boards will be disabled, and the next day, account suspended.
