Yes, it is, however I would be lying if I said that I gave a shit.

Downloading free mp3s is illegal, downloading copyrighted content off limewire (or other p2p) is illegal, looking at porn under 18 is illegal, drinking under 18 is illegal - these are all things that I do quite regularly - do you honestly care whether it's illegal?

Downloading stuff off of limewire isn't illegal - uploading it is.

Yes that's true actually, I forgot - technically you can drink alcohol at home from 5 years old. But when I drink, I do buy it, because I do it when I got out, and not sitting alone drinking at home, which is for alcoholics and sad morons.

This discussion is retarded. Yes it is legal for a 5 year old to drink alcohol, but it is not legal for someone to offer him alcohol, and most likely at that age he will drink himself into a coma, so his parents will also be responsible for that.
