PS3 out today, I'm still not impressed by the games. I was eventually planning on getting a Wii and PS3 but decided not to as the games for Wii aren't appealing to me in the slightest and same with PS3. Ridge Racer 6, wow! Someone hold me a spot in the line whilst I sell a lung! ¬¬

Well I would buy the PS3 if the games were just sequels of their last gen. I hated the MGS series because no matter which way you look at it, in the end you were looking at a guy who got raped by Soviet Union troops in every game, always switches from 3rd to 1st person and tried to hide himself in boxes (even in the jungle!). As for Blu-ray, are you really going to have 25GB of data at a single moment and each save at around 1GB? The Online service is pretty lame as the connection will be bad, tehre will be alot of gateways etc.

Besides, Xbox 360 has Halo 3, Halo Wars, APB, Huxley, Bioshock, GTA IV (with extra content), Forza 2, UT 3 and many more.

It's £40 a year... My internet connection is £25 a month. It's more than worth it. 360 is also free online if you want to use tunnelling programs because the 80p or so a week is raping your bank account.

May I add it never lags, fails, and always has new updates to make it better. For example in the following months Uk Xbox Live users will be able to download full-length movies and also have a sort of youtube community. Not to mention Huxley coming out in Europe on June 8th (so said on IGN).

Like I give a shite about tekken or MGS. X-box users can put tekken right next to virtual fighter and feel proud, if that's what gets their rocks off.

I'm hanging out for Motor Storm and Heavenly Sword at launch, and FFXIII and Mercenaries 2 later down the track. Those are my 'must have' titles, there are many more that I want.
