How to make "say" binds.

Postby Aidan » Wed Jun 06, 07 7:34 am

I've never put talking binds on dx before, but how would you make a text bind that can say 5 things with one button. I know this may not make much sense, but I'd Just like to know. Thank you. :D

Team chat:

Code: Select all
H=TeamSay message 1 | TeamSay message 2 | TeamSay message 3 | TeamSay message 4 | TeamSay message 5

General chat:
Code: Select all
H=Say message 1 | Say message 2 | Say message 3 | Say message 4 | Say message 5

Keep in mind such things are considered flooding and you may get banned for that (if DXMTL doesn't catch you beforehand).

So if you had about 8,000 of those messages set to appear with one button, what would happen exactly? :shock: Would it just auto-kick you after like 10?

If you bound 8000, it'd spam the chat to death, and MTL may kick you, dependant on settings. MMCity would stop with only one.
