Server Not Showing Up On List

This isn't my problem. Lucifer says his server doesn't show up on the list, And the log looks strange. Oh and he has opened his ports.

Doesn't seem to be anything epically wrong there - Just the 2 master servers other than GameSpy have been down for ages.

Although you said he has forwarded the ports, it doesnt hurt to just double check, so is he sure he forwarded the following ports on both TCP and UDP?

Check the firewall on the computer. Usually Windows Firewall catches it and asks what to do, but sometimes not. ESPECIALLY check if he doesn't use regular windows firewall!
