Sorry klop, I don't mean to be harsh, but a lot of your ideas are just stupid.

Casino? It's hard to make a poker table or something like that. A casino with just slot machines wouldn't be very good.

And a bank heist? There already is a bank, and:
a. Robbing it wouldn't be possible
b. Making a new bank, just for the mission, would be weird.

I don't mean to pick on you, so don't take it personally that I don't like your ideas.

1. You don't have to make them fully playable mini-games you know that right?

2. You could just put a vault, and a desk with a security guard by it. The vault can't be opened, but say when you've spoke to the guy, you can pick a vent, outside the building above the players club. Once inside, you'd be teleported and you've to knock out the lights or cameras,, and 4 strong guards then grab the item and leave via the front enterance. I don't mean you just walk in and steal everyones banked items and cash and walk out without a care in the world. And you'd get say 1,000 credits, and 1,000 Exp for completing it. (I'm just showing how it's plausible.
