Idea: Not being critical, coz ur forum covers most aspects of DXMP gaming, but I think it would look tidier if you maybe grouped more forums into single categories. It looks a bit silly with so many categories all having like 1 or 2 forums in. Sorry, like, don't take it too badly.

What do other peeps reckon? XIII as a clan, or a sorta new branch of the DXMP community? I reckon :XIII: Could get an alliance with as many RESPECTABLE clans as possible, and sorta forge a new community... without the kiddie clans... ??

For example - who agrees that DXMP would be a better place without:

I am a little kiddie at 15 but I do agree that [DX-ST] and [4] and {DI} should not be in DXMP, but I do not mind EDH, 17 nor SKC. But SKC can be a pain in the arse sometimes...

Not all of {17} are bad.

In fact, Rob is a very reasonable guy. And Hey is okay, too. Kai comes across as a twat but I've always got on with him. In fact - I can't even remember which member of {17} I had a dispute with!

{SKC} aren't really that bad, it's just the leader, Knights, has a real lifre and doesn't come on DXMP enough to keep his members in check.

[A] forums are really the only place where DXMP players can get everything theyh need all in one place.

Call this idealistic and unrealistic, but there should be a forum which ISN'T belonging to one particular clan. Like, one that will bring the best clans together in an alliance (of sorts), and one which will mentor new clans (cough ftf cough - I need help!!) into becoming decent enough to keep the game going....

There's no particular reason why I want this, but I just like the idea of there being a place for DXMP players to gather and discuss this amazing game. And yes, these forums do just that... BUT:

Lol! Do you feel there should be no Forum Guard or something? You know the rules, if you don't you should have read them. Also DXF seems to do a bit of production and stuff, but the community is quite small atm.

I don't feel there should be no forum guard, no, but I think ya all (including me i suppose) should grow up and be a bit fairer. Not so much you, Kaiden. Or Alex. But LTKJAY or wateva his name is, and Spiderbot dude, they're irritating. And if you 2 read that: sorry but you are.

SPeaking of the rules... you REALLY should set it so that every new user once registered gets re-directed to the rules. I'm certain there's a mod already made to do this. If not, I'll give it a bash. The reason I suggest this is because nobody ever reads rules unless they're made to.

I dunno if it's possible in phpBB, but I know in vBulletin there's a mod which you can use to make new users read the rules, and set a timer of upto 30 mins before the accept button appears - and it works, coz most users will read the rules if they gotta wait either way.

Look on {17}'s forums at the bottom, they have all those little images, I forget the name of them. Get someone/Make one, and ask them to put it scrolling at the bottom. Personally I think it's unnecessary, as you can just have a DXMP ClanList like we have here.
