Server crashing issue

I've been trying to start a server now that i'm off of 56k. The problem is, I have my modem setup for the ports and stuff.. but my server simply crashes. At first it worked, people were on it.. I put MTL on it.. and now I get some weird messeges that say CRITICAL: Anyways, I've added the server log below.

I believe it's MTL related, but not sure. Speaking to him on MSN now about re-installing MTL, and see if that resolves it. If not then someone else post!

Hi. 2 things:
1: Install DXMTL152b1. Don't just add it to the serverpackages.
2: Install Nephthys.

It looks like an attack to me, but not sure. That is why I want him to install Nephthys.

The log content looks like the server was attacked by the remote memory allocation exploit :?

Seems to be a memory allocation problem. Or MTL.

What amount of RAM does your hosting computer have?

Sadly the server is still crashing kaiden. It was working for a bit, but now it's back to the way it was. I've installed MTL, and also have Nephty's. Or at least it shows up on my admin console. the computer has 256mb of ram which should be enough for it to host.. The server crashes for no reason at random times.. No error messege, sometimes I get a critical line in the server log, other times, the log simply stops for no apparent reason. worst of all, I know nothing about DSL or server hosting, so If it's some sort of memory allocation problem, I don't know how to fix it.. I've ruled out MTL as being the problem though.
