Why haven't they produced a EFFECTIVE one yet, they're useless in HL2, CS etc.

Hell, they suck ass in Goldsrc too.

They are good in HL2. Go play HL2:DM, Gravnading is a really efficient way to kill people.

CS they have to be rather weak otherwise at the nadespam at the beginning of maps like cs_office everyone would die.

In HL2 they're barely grenades though, that explosion...and sound argh.

Yes but they haven't developed anything else but that, and matter balls aren't really grenades lol.

The Combine have no use for more grenade development. Have you seen their synths?
