Discussion about the prequel by Square Enix.

Yeah because we were already doing it in here first, hehe.

I see nano-augmentation as true post-human without removing the elements of a human themselves, when you see the other mechanically augmented agents in DX with their steel and titanium replacing their flesh and bones would that make them less human and a monster?

I like this topic hahaha.

I don't really think that the characters such as Anna and Gunther were really "human." But I did think that JC and Paul were, even if it was only skin-deep. Which, I suppose, is the point in it. It's like in DX:IW when you couldn't really tell who's who. Are they human, are they augmentation? Kinda thing.

Gotta say though, this topic is incredibly interesting lol. Teaser trailers DEFINITELY get gamers hyped up lol.

Yeah that is why the final stable build was also in Alex when he became the final catalyst for Helios.

I actually love the whole robot racism discussion in DX, with all the emails and the slight fear and distaste for Anna and Gunther around the first game. I'd love to play as a mech augmented agent for a change.

It would be quite interesting. I want a fucking Skul gun LOL. Only real thing they confused me in DX1 was an email in French found in Smuggler's HQ. Don't got pic because my laptop is fried and is getting looked at by some computer place (to see if insurance will cover it or not).

ROFL. You have pictures for fucking everything, now don't you? And yeah... I didn't think of that. Btw, try using bits of the IP for a bank account, maybe? LOL.

I'd still like to know what the email itself means, if it is, truly, in French.

Lol, I've played a russian version of DX once and this e-mail was traslated there too. As I remember, it was something about a guy that learned other's guy pin and pass when he was drunk.

Yes, but how many players do you know are going to be multilingual? I, obviously, am not lol. Most people only speak their natural tongue.

Reminds me, there wasn't much codes in the game for ATMs were they?, it seemed to rely on you hacking the majority of them.

Yeah, and I ALWAYS (well 99% of the time) got 1152 from them. Maybe not that much exactly. But I do know the money I got, was the same as the code used to escape UNATCO HQ (that Daedalus gives you).

Here's the analysis again. Read the description, there was an error.

Hey, guys. Glad you appreciate the analysis. But mr GlobalNode should revisit the Wikipedia site and revise his video. Also, he should mention using that article.

19th century paintings? None of those in the trailer. How come someone uneducated is a fan of Deus Ex?

You might hate wikipedia but you copied and pasted most of the stuff from there :) Epic fail- you might have tried to find those yourself.

Ok, newfag, here are the omissions you made in your analysis:
-That's not a nose. Only picture you tried to crack yourself and you FAILED
-Not hell.
-You were not bright enough to recognise sequential roman numbers
-Ghandi? Wtf? You didn't put enough effort into looking up google for 'da vinci shoulder'. Also, not recognising who made those drawings speaks not so well of you.
-A HUD? It's a USG image. Perhaps you don't know what that is?
-There's nothing odd in the x-ray. And you seem to have no idea how a ribcage of an unborn might look like.
-You are a master of copypasta. 'depicting the arc of golden ratio', taken right from Wikipedia. Also, this has been updated. You don't seem to be interested in making your own research. No original contentz.
-Da Vincis work on the human head. Isn't that cute. You actually tried to use your brain. Too bad it's another pathetic failure.
-Not recognising an x-ray of a human skull makes me draw a conclusion you have an IQ below educational standards.

(Yeah. Seems you know your stuff for a newfag who should lurk moar or gtfo)

In b4 tldr.

Sorry but with the new game we can't have new people flaming each other back and forth.

I used the language mr. Zeitgeist used while approaching my request. I tried to communicate on his intellectual level. I'm not flaming him. I want him to post valid, updated information for all the fans to enjoy and proceed according to the GFDL and mention where he got the info, instead of showing it off on youtube as his, without giving any of his own effort to analise these images. I have taken quite some tme to analise those and put them in Wikipedia for everyone to see and will not allow someone to use public domain information as his.

You can't be saying this is Chris, he doesn't even type like Chris. And he replied to your youtube video first?
And the fact it says Johnny?
Face it, we're going to get alot of visitors, and my plan is to get alot more users to the site.

I don't know anything about your problems with former members, neither do I care who Chris is. I am here to give you this list, as it is (or perhaps it will be deleted) displayed on Wikipedia:

*Studies of the Shoulder and Neck, A Study of the Spine, and Detail of Anatomical Studies of the Muscles of the Neck, Shoulder, Chest and Arm by Leonardo da Vinci
*Lower case greek letter phi (φ), the golden ratio in mathematics, art and architecture, also it's value is given.
Also, this value appears during the appearance of the game's title
*Leonardo Da Vinci's application of the golden ratio to the human head from De Divina Proportione
*A diagram of a logarithmic golden spiral whose growth factor is related to φ
*A drawing of a golden triangle and the golden function written inside it
*The title page of De human corporis fabrica liborum epitome by Vesalius, an image showing an Anatomical Theatre
*Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp by Rembrandt
*Augmentation detail
*Lament For Icarus by Herbert James Draper
*An x-ray image of a human chest
*Two USG images of the biomodified fetus
*An x-ray image of a human skull
*An image of a couple, with the girl having a mechanical arm
*Prosthetic limbs in a box
*A ballot box for "Biopolitic Vote 2027",with a voting card with a red X being inserted in it
*A sign saying 'Augmented people enter from the back'
*A sign saying 'We do not welcome augmented people here'
*A blurred picture of a street with demonstrants
*Photo of riot police
*An unknown building with a demonstrafion in front of it. One of the demonstrants holds a sign saying 'No augs'
*Roman numbers III, IV, V and VI, possibly a reference to the decalogue
*A lowercase italic letter 'h' and a plus sign in brackets, a symbol used for *Transhumanism (This symbol also appears in the front-page animation on Eidos Montreal's webpage.)

and ask you to
a) revise your video so all the deus ex fans will be well informed
b) mention the Wikipedia Article as one of the sources of you used as it's evident you haven't put much of your own effort into the analysis

Thanks. I'll upload a second version once we're all absolutely sure everything is settled away and known for a fact, including the blurry images.
