Im not sure id theres another topic about this.. if so, sorry.

But anyway, I can't wait for this game. All the screenshots, trailers, and gameplay info have me so into this game. With the new RAGE (Rockstars Advanced Gaming Engine), GTA will not be the same as before with new NPC actions, fighting styles, gore etc.. Im really looking forward to it!

There has been reported things such as breaking out of Jail, Storing dead bodies/things in trunk to hide evidence, and finally.. finally new Police AI, that really got on my nerves when there was big gang riots and the police stood looking at it, enjoying it i suspect.. the second i throw a punch half of LSPD are after me. Now police frisk people, stop NPC crimes and more. You can now call a Taxi to your location, and select where you'd like to go.
This really sounds like its gonna be a hit.

Some things have been left out though like, Aeroplanes: Who needs Aeroplanes when its set in NY City (seeing as its all Urban), Ammu-Nation: Gun shops will be left out, instead you use your cell phone to call an arms dealer to your area.

The Multiplayer will not be MMO, but at least there will be a multiplayer which will be fun, although there hasn't been alot of info released.

And Today, T2 and R* are releasing there financial reports for 2007, seeing as its the end of Q4 now. Apperently T2 are having financial trouble and may release the game earlier in the 2nd Quatre, and will hopefully be giving a release date today.

Yea there is less runnin round "oh theres a ho.. lets sex here and kill her" or just random killings.. if you do, the Police will be on your ass like never before.
I also like the Russian assasin type theme of the game instead of the idiots looking for my territory and getting killed for it.

And also, theres no walking up to a car and taking it anymore.. you gotta be stealthy, pick the lock, if that fails smash the window and hotwire it. Pedestrians also report crimes to police.. apperently.

They also said that in San Andreas, that cops grab onto your car when you get chased. Turns out that was only in one mission.

Otherwise, they're as dumb as ever.

Yeah i remembered that.. and also when you got a shovel. They took an sshot of CJ in d desert with a dead body by his car .. while he was carring a shovel. They implied you could bury him etc.
Annnd also the sshot of CJ at his trunk with stuff inside it.

But it has been confirmed you can do this now in regular gameplay, with the help of the RAGE engine and and Enviromental engine.. cant remember what its called though.

So I can't fly planes, my favourite aspect of SA, I can't start random police chases because I will be caught, I can have guns any time I want, and I have to break out of jail every time I violate the aforementioned random police chase law.

I really don't like the "call an arms dealer" idea. It made sense in Scarface because well, Tony Montana is well-connected. But in GTA IV, where I'm supposedly practically a hobo? Blarg.

I don't turn on GTA to be intelligent and make intelligent decisions.

Yeah i know, but i guess they wanted it as realistic as a game of this manner can get.

The arms dealers will most likely be connected to your Mission (Co-ordinator) ?

And the planes, well they have a good excuse for that. Ill dig it up somewhere and the as for the Jail Break, I doubt you'll be in jail for Petty crimes (on GTA's terms) like killing someone/GTA etc. But robbing a bank, killing alot of cops in the process and getting 5 star wanted level merits jail time I think. It is harder to get wanted level stars this time round. And wanted level stars may just randomly come up on screen because you were connected with a crime that you had done earlier.

But police chases will be the same i expect.

Also, ill have some Sshots + trailers 2moro Alex.. internet is running slowly cause i over went my download limit :/. But im sure you'll come across some by now, it is a very anticipated game, as you know, so every game site will have what your looking for. Not trying to be sarcastic or anything.

Jesus fucking christ, quit moaning, you're all going to buy it regardless. They took out planes because it's just one SINGLE city, and is nowhere near as big as SA. SA was fucking shit, ghetto monkey missions.

They will have originally put in the burying people etc if they had officially said it, but there are such things as the BBFC.

Jesus fucking Hell, everyone grow up and stop flaming Dale because he said to stop moaning about GTA4 not having a fucking plane for realism and the fact it would be bloody pointless.
