No, let's look at [B] for example.. Also shouldn't this be in Rant?

Mega lol. I was playing with -Majin- last night (0-aug) and he kept putting his rifle away and bringing it back out.... says it reloads faster.... never knew that.

It's some sort of bug with the assault rifle, if you have a few bullets left you can just withdraw the weapon and pull it back out and the ammo will be full again. So you dont need to worry about the reloading time which you experience when you usually run out of clip. If you use it in an effective way you can consider yourself as having unlimited ammo, but people may consider that as cheating.

What about [B]? It's just a clan, it's not a criminal organization based on controlling DX with augs.

Aug community has a higher concentration of fags than 0aug. I won't tell any names, and I'm sure many people would agree with me.

Yeah, it does. But it would be a shame to let a whole gametype be left behind, simply because of a few rotten apples.

If there would be an augged server up, all it needs is a few responsible admins, instead of what we witnessed in the past. It should be nice to play ATDM or BTDM now and then, especially when you don't get banned for killing an admin.

Since when does he aug? :S Majin, Grubby and such, still play more 0 augs than augs, if they even play augs in the first place. So I don't know why you brought that up.

You made your point anyways, there's more shit in the augged community than in the 0 augged community. That doesn't make it not worth playing automatically, though.

Organizing games with people who are in your league, would resolve the problem of having to fight 1v1 against someone who doesn't even give you a chance. Not many people like fighting 1v1's in augs, as it's generally about getting the first kill.

Apparently that person is not used to playing online, at all.

No matter what, in any online game in the world there will be a few rotten apples, like Clix said. Does that mean they spoil the whole garden? No.

Clix, meh, I saw it a little while ago while on the server.

Anyway enough, the whole augs vs 0 augs thing is getting tiresome.

Not everybody have tiny fingers and tiny keyboard, or decent keyboard and misshapen fingers.

how many fingers do you need to move in deus ex? I use 3 fingers. Perhaps you use two, regardless, i salute you for being equally comfortable with using and pressing F7 and multiple movement arrows / wads buttons at the same time, constantly. Seriously, thats a huge feat, I cannot do that.

exactly. and i think i said it in earlier post. while augs have several fags jumping about only person consistently ruining my game with this horrible constant moaning is grubby. how can someone be that retarded, is beyond me. at least soviet was creative with what he made up.

XII//:Protocol wrote:Considering you play 0-Augs, I don't think you have too much to say at the matter.

That is so ignorant that one would assume Messiah said it.
Because I play a gametype other than atdm as well, I dont have anything to say on the matter?

Ive played ATDM since I started dxmp in 2004. How long have you played it? I see.
What regards BTDM Ive even played AG more than that thing.

Medbind and augbind are different matters. How? Because you can use belt9 for medkit without any bind, and moving belt9 to SHift is not a medbind.
Augbind is essential button like belt9.

So let me fix it for you:

XII//:Protocol wrote:I don't come in and say

"LAWL 0AUGS IS JUST GETTING COMFY WITH UR BASIC BUTTONS" now do I?

I could say that.

But Im ignorant.

Nice.

There are these things called the F keys.

You can actually use them and play Augs at the same time. It's just less convenient.

Like a medbind.

I went into Keyboard controls, and moved F1 and the like to different keys.

Reply if you want, it's just going to lead to a ban, so lets just leave it there.

This works with any weapon (except it was fixed for the sniper rifle in MTL)
You do not have infinite ammo by doing it. It just means you reload faster.
It's not a bug: the makers deliberately put it in the game so you would not get screwed over by forgetting to reload before changing weapons. However, they did not know that putting it away and back out again is faster than reloading (they say it is not faster in the multiplayer readme type thing).

Would you call having your "move left" button as "A" and "move right" button as "Enter" "less convenient"? I would call it retarded. Thing is, you simple did not get the whole point of my message. Movement is an important factor in game. And to feel the game in that manner you have to be comfortable with.. say.. 10 keys or more in augs, and not much less for 0augs, either.

XII//:Protocol wrote:Like a medbind.

G=lol|onrelease fire
Alias line = DualMapF7|DualmapF8|On Release Activate Belt 9 alias lol

thats "like a medbind". It is not augmentation key i mentioned.

XII//:Protocol wrote:I went into Keyboard controls, and moved F1 and the like to different keys.

that is what is commonly declared augbinds while they are not complex binds in that sense. some people seem to think that F keys are the way to go, that is ridiculous. Play clix in augs and hell show what a player with F keys CAN do, but question is, how much more would he be able to do with the 50% less bio drainage and faster augmentation switches on proper buttons.

Why would this lead to a ban?
