A few years ago, he was stalking a pair of European girls online who were under age. One of them contacted me, telling me she was female in the real world and connecting to me by MSN Video Chat to prove it. She told me that such issues had gone on for weeks.

His friend Gio Takahashi (Screenname to one of his friends in the real world) told me that Bill would use his online tendencies going after girls, taking out his frustrations and using the environment to rebound in the real world.

After a while, one of those two girls came forward and told me her side of the story and I told her "It doesn't matter, if you are underage....he doesn't have the right" specially if such person lives in a different continent. I asked for her information, and I took a statement, as I do spend my time turning people in online a lot and investigating different sites.

After a long time, we managed to turn some information over to the Florida State Police, he "disappeared" from the game for a long time.

Recently he returned and he tried to hit on two other girls, this time one of them was really smart to help the other. He tried to tell them that charming story of how he was hitting it off in the stock market and try to make girls come on to him. He was giving his number out to people online without much, and once again he tried to hit on an under-age girl.

One of them is willing to testify, the other doesn't want to get involved and she decided to change her screenname and wipe her information clean from the net and assume a new identity. As for others, we are currently pursuing the matter and gathering up information. We decided upon if anymore transgressions caused by such a figure present themselves in this area, we would persue it and fight him directly in his home state of Florida.

I feel badly for any female who would join his clan...Bill's instability leads to many problems around him, some of his other "online" friends spoke to me about his disturbing habits. His tendencies of attaching himself to the first girl that comes by, offering them to live with him as though they were objects is something that while it may seen fun to him, to the girl it tends to be cruel and even disturbing. The fact one girl already reported it is proof that she did not like it.

Even his friend, Gio...who spoke to me told me that Bill's actions are causing him problems in the real world and that he is fed up.

DeusEx is a game, but because of its small community and broken link to the rest of the world, forgotten...It is easier to infringe upon others and get away with it, so people like me and a few others formed a group to keep ourselves tied to the rest of the world and have some legal representation if issues such as these should surface.

I believe that the few who make it bad for everyone else are the ones who should be dealt while those attempting to improve the situation should not be punished for the actions of one. Sex crimes are on the rise and regardless the stance one takes on the issue, the final result of a sex crime has always ended in rape or death of the subject.

b. go to police herself.

Cos in the UK it is impossible to report a rape, sexual harrassment, indecent assault, harrassment of any kind - unless you are the victim. Even if it is your own family that got raped, you can not report it. The victim must come forwards. This story that you were an interim go-between between a victim and the law, cuts me no mustard.
I find it highly unbelievable that a sane law enforcement agency will act upon hearsay. I'm not a US citizen, I have no working knowledge of your law enforcement, but I truly doubt they will take any action based on rivalry between two males over a female.

I could turn round and accuse you of just the same, an unhealthy interest in this girl, sounds like you contacted her regulary, this project of yours lasted a while etc, what's to say this isn't just rivalry between you and bill?
