Eh, not really about SOPA. Keep watching it, more about how people act and behave these days using the internet as a voice.
edit: Plus the whole "beLIEve" thing being used against Raiden despite what they just said, lil devils.

The censor stuff is prevelant throughout the whole game, so that was coming off a mile away.
