REO File 1, REO File 2 and REO File 3. The third file supposedly has five missions, so in total, REO has 15 missions together.

Technically, it is wrong to refer to REO being File 1. File 1 never existed, REO was the introductory to File 2. As file 2 is the beginning of File 3, the REAL story of REO.

How can a game be fitted into one game, with 15 missions and certain objectives, playable characters, ad-lib, actions, bosses, choices and many more? It can't. If they were to get money from making REO files 2 and 3, they would've combined REO with file 2 to make money because they couldn't compress memory off REO file 3.
