I recently took a shot in the V Server after i obtained a good score (for once

Anyway i looked at it later and it looks like this.
WTF Is wrong with it. A lot of other pictures i took look exactly the same.
Anyone have any ideas why its like this?

Try finding a BMP --> JPEG converter on the internet
