well its 215 kbs a second download and 205 upload. can i run a server? oh yeah i should mention dis is a toshiba laptop. its weird cause i yahoo music video player it says da quality of my videos r 56k.. weird :?:

Klop, even with a 100mbit fibre optic connection, you wouldn't be able to download a 500mb file in 10 seconds.

I dont think its a download limit, just be a very poor, unreliable connection which is nothing what it should be. Plus its only available in very few places.
