Your server should appear in the Lan list be default....Even if your hosting an internet game. People may not be able/want to join your server, so you can't really prove it's not working..

I dont think it is a normal problem, it seems similer to my prob.

But just in case, post your DeusEx ini and Server log, via attachment if possible.

it is a file in the system folder, its called DeusEx.
Just look through the files called DeusEx. The server.log file keeps track of everything going on in your server, like Mutators bieng loaded, uplinks to the master server, and all that stuff.

The first few lines of the file should look like this.

I think the DeusExConText file is important for something. It must be important for the server or it would not have appeared on the server.log so many time :shock:

Try Checking your PC's RecyclingBin to see if you havnt deleted the file by mistake.

I was suspecting the Slimline too, but i thought i would mention the more obviouse 'Missing File' error message first.

It gives the error but it doesnt make the server impossible to show up, (Ren server had it), as rosso couldnt be bothered to upload a big file due to his failing connection.. though if you hate to see the error, I could upload deusexcontext.u, which will void the warning, although I doubt these forums would allow me to upload files of that size.. I'll try it anyway.

Edit: seemed to have worked, just unzip it and put it in your deusex\system to get rid of the error.
